Following doctor’s orders sucks

So, I’m typing this post on my iPhone because my husband has monopolized our computer, and there’s nothing that I can say to him about it because he is using it for school [sigh]. Plus, I shouldn’t be online at all right now. I should be doing the stretches and the exercises that Serge put together for me. I am supposed to be doing them up to 5 times per day, and guess how many times I’ve done them today – yup, zero. So, I’m sitting on the floor in our study, drinking beer and typing up this post while staring at my foam roller.

I have a love-hate relationship with my foam roller. Very few things in life can cause this much pain while making you feel so much better in the long run. I mean, if stabbing your thigh with a fork repeatedly had any therapeutic effect, I honestly would have preferred that to a foam roller. But unfortunately that is not a viable option. So, I’m just going to sit here and finish my beer while psyching myself up to get this torture over with. tomorrow I have another date… err appointment with Serge, and I want to be able to tell him that I was a good girl and followed doctor’s orders 😦

And I think I’m right about done with my beer…
